Cancellation / Return / Refund / Replacement Policy

LUCID Implants offers services for manufacturing of medical 3D designs. As the products are made immediately on the basis of the specifications present within the 3D design file or DICOM, given by the customer/user, there is no right to return/refund or possibility for cancelling the order in any circumstances. As the customer has worked closely with the LUCID Implants to do the necessary enhancements to the design, it is understood that the customer is aware of the end product he can expect.

If the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person and contact our customer support mentioning your case ID. In case the product delivered is defective, you may intimate us within 24 hours from the time of delivery of the product. LUCID Implants shall attempt to repair the product however; if the defect is not repairable, a brand new replacement will be dispatched to you with no additional cost, as it may deem fit. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. Shipping charges for replacement will be borne by us in such cases. Returned products must be in the original box and/or packaging.

The customer/user may intimate LUCID Implants if the product delivered is found with a manufacturing defect. LUCID Implants reserves the full right to determine and confirm whether the defect is a manufacturing defect or not. Post written confirmation of such a manufacturing defect in the Product from LUCID Implants, the customer shall be entitled to a refund of that Product. The same shall be processed within 7-10 working days. Refund will be processed via the same mode of payment used for purchasing the Product.

No complaints or grievances with respect to the end product delivered shall be entertained after the expiration of 24 hours from the time of delivery.
